Founder and President

Kenneth J Hughes leads Entelechy and defines the company’s business and technical strategies. He enjoys playing an active role in all phases of consulting engagements — from sales to planning, implementation, delivery, and testing.

Ken received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering & Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon in 1985 and a Master of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon in 1988.

2014 Jun Entelechy delivered to the USPTO a Schematron-based automated validator for WIPO ST.96 XML Design Rules and Conventions.
2013 Apr Entelechy delivered to the USPTO a system for transforming spreadsheet-based data definitions of forms into complete XSD definitions of those forms.
